Sprint to the finish

The Huskie women’s hockey team is gearing up for the 2024 portion of its Canada West schedule. Saskatchewan is 9 points out of top spot and 6 points back of third place Mount Royal in a tight Canada West race. Saskatchewan has 12 games remaining in the regular season and resume play on January 5th when the Regina Cougars visit Merlis Belsher Place.

HuskieFAN’s Wray Morrison recently caught up with head coach Steve Kook about a December 1st win and a December 2nd loss to Mount Royal and about the keys to success in the second half of the season.
