The Huskie men’s volleyball team hosts the Trinity Western Spartans in a best-of-three Canada West quarter-final at the PAC. Saskatchewan finished the regular season with a 14-6 record to secure home court advantage over the 12-8 Spartans. Matches are set for Thursday, February 27th at 7:00 PM…Friday, February 28th at 7:00 PM and Saturday, March 1st at 3:00 PM at the PAC.
The top-ranked Huskie women’s basketball team returns home for a Canada West semi-final against the Fraser Valley Cascades on Saturday night. Saskatchewan defeated Trinity Western 83-57 in last Saturday’s quarterfinal. Tip off on Saturday night, March 1st is at 7:00 PM.
Fresh off a round one bye, the Huskie men’s hockey team hosts the UBC Thunderbirds in a best of three, Canada West semi-final. The Thunderbirds pulled out a 4-3 win over the MacEwan Griffins in the third and deciding game of their quarter-final series on Sunday. Games are set for Friday, February 28 at 7:00 PM…Saturday, March 1st at 7:00 PM and, if necessary, Sunday, March 2nd at 6:00 PM at Merlis Belsher Place.
