Each week we profile a USask football player who developed their football skills through Saskatoon Minor Football. This week we feature Huskie defensive back Ethan Laing, who played his high school football at Holy Cross. Laing was also on the Saskatchewan U-16 and U-18 teams before starting his U Sports career.

Football runs deep in the Laing family. Ethan’s grandfather played high school football in Saskatoon, his father played at E.D Feehan before joining the Huskies.
