HuskieFAN: A new way to enjoy Huskie Athletics

Hello! Welcome to historic territory. This is HuskieFAN. A traditional and digital hub where University of Saskatchewan athletes and teams will be presented to thousands of Huskies’ fans.
Let’s start with the play-by-play broadcasts of three teams. The University of Saskatchewan football team, along with the school’s men’s and women’s hockey teams will have their games broadcasts in a way which has never been done before. All games will be heard on the HuskieFAN app. Press the button for your favourite team on game nights, and we will take your there instantly. In many instances there will be two games on at once, and on occasion, all three teams will be in action on the same day. With the press of a “Listen Live” button, you will be able to take in the game of your choice. These broadcasts will not only digital in nature, but can also be heard on radio. Every football game will be heard on The Beach Radio 750. A strong AM signal will deliver every play across Saskatchewan. The women’s and men’s hockey games will be broadcast across the provinces Pattison Media markets in a “Game Of The Week” format. University hockey has never had this much radio exposure in Canada. If you missed a touchdown, goal, save or win. No problem. All games will be in a podcast library on HuskieFAN, and can be heard at any time.
The HuskieFAN app and website will also have extensive pre-game and post-game coverage of each game we broadcast. There will be weekly coaches shows with Scott Flory, Steve Kook and Mike Babcock giving app visitors perspective from inside the locker room.
